Vince has worked in the family owned business since he commenced his electrical apprenticeship in 1977, and gained industrial experience working wth Ralph Lee Constructions in Papua New Guinea for a short time in 1985. He holds an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering and has vast experience in Industrial Maintenance, electrical Drafting, Switchboard Design and Construction, Water & Waste Water Pump Station Mechanical / Electrical Works and Industrial Electrical Installations. On taking over ownership of the company in 2000, he remains greatly involved in the day to day running of the business. Vince sits on the board of the Electrical and Communications Association and is committed to the prosperity of the Electrical Contracting Industry in Queensland.

Shayne commenced his apprenticeship with Whelan Electrical Services in June 1991. On completion of his Apprenticeship in 1995, he completed a CAD Drafting Course and Supervisors Safework College of Worksplace Health and Safety. Shayne's duties include Electrical/Mechanical Drafting, Switchboard Design and Construction, Water and Waste Water Pump Station Mechanical and Electrical Works and Tender preparation.

Maree is experienced in the office administration of the company and has worked along side her husband Vince since 1988. She is committed to the competent running of the business and assists Vince in tender preparation, maintenance of ongoing contracts and the preparation of monthly accounts and financials.
